Important Tree Care in Our Community

Recently, one of the large, mature oak trees in our park came down—an unfortunate but important reminder of the ongoing care required to maintain the natural beauty of Heritage Valley.

Each year, a significant portion of the Association’s budget is dedicated to tree maintenance, including inspections, trimming, and, when necessary, removal. These efforts help ensure the safety of our residents while preserving the health and appearance of our shared spaces.

The beautiful trees throughout our neighborhood are something we all enjoy and benefit from, but maintaining them comes with real costs. This is one of the many reasons why it is so important for all homeowners to stay current with their annual dues.
