Our pond is one of the Village’s most valued features, and keeping it healthy, clean, and beautiful requires ongoing care. Donations will help support projects such as:

Adding sand to the beach to maintain and improve the shoreline recreation area

Adding another fountain to improve aeration and help keep the pond healthy

Annual tilapia stocking, which helps with pond maintenance and algae control. The tilapia do not survive the winter and must be restocked each year
These projects help preserve the appearance, health, and enjoyment of the pond for the entire community.
To make a donation, please mail a check to our property management company, PPNW, and include a note indicating that your contribution is for the Pond Fund.

Playground Fund
Our playground is another important gathering place for Heritage Valley families. The existing equipment is aging and has required repairs several times. While we have worked to keep it safe and usable, the equipment will eventually need to be replaced. Donations toward a new playground will help us begin planning and saving for this important future project.
